At R&R Labels, authenticity is non-negotiable. We sell genuine designer products, the same retail-grade items you expect in premium boutiques — offered at wholesale-level prices. Every item we list is sourced from vetted suppliers within the EU and passes a documented verification process before it appears online.
How we source
- Vetted EU suppliers & verified distributors, We purchase only from established European vendors and brand-authorized distributors with traceable documentation.
- Paper trail on every buy, Each procurement includes verifiable invoices, product lists, and barcodes/SKUs so we can match goods to brand specifications and origin.
- No unverified stock, We do not buy from private resellers without paperwork or channels that cannot prove provenance.
How we verify (multi-step review)
- Documentation match, We verify style codes, barcodes/SKUs, size runs, and season codes against supplier paperwork.
- Physical inspection, Labels, stitching, materials, hardware, prints, logo placement, care tags, and packaging elements are checked against brand standards.
- Quality control, We screen for defects, irregular sizing, missing tags, or any signs of prior use. Items that do not meet our criteria are rejected.
- Final approval, Only after these checks does a product go live on our site.
Product condition: mostly new, with occasional vintage/pre-owned
- New products (majority of our assortment): Typically arrive with original brand labels and retail barcodes/SKUs; original packaging is included when supplied by the distributor.
- Vintage / pre-loved / pre-owned (occasional selections): Clearly labeled in the product information to support circular, sustainable fashion. These items are
- authenticated with the same rigor as new products,
- condition-graded with transparent notes and detailed photos, and

If you prefer only new items, simply filter or look for listings marked New.

We operate an outlet/wholesale model. We buy in volume, prioritize overstock and past-season selections, and keep operations lean—so we can offer wholesale-level pricing to the public. MSRPs (where shown) are for reference only; current prices reflect market conditions and stock availability.

Your purchase is protected by our 14-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and our team will assist with a straightforward return and refund (items must be returned in original condition; see our Returns page for full details).

Are your products new?
Yes, almost all of our products are new. We also occasionally offer vintage/pre-owned pieces; those are clearly marked, authenticated, condition-graded, and described with detailed photos and notes.
Are you affiliated with the brands?
We sell authentic branded goods sourced through vetted European suppliers and distributors. Unless clearly stated, we are not the brand owner nor an official mono-brand boutique.
Can you provide additional proof of authenticity?
For many items we can share supplementary information (e.g., style codes, documentation excerpts) on request. Contact customer care with the product link or SKU and we’ll assist.
How does your authenticity guarantee protect me?
If a product cannot be verified to our standard during a post-purchase review, or credible concerns arise, we will re-authenticate immediately. Should any doubt remain, we’ll arrange a return and full refund in line with our policy. Your trust comes first—always.
